The Gaucho In Argyroupoli, there is a unique all-day bar that combines hospitality, creativity, and themed cocktails that change with the seasons. Since the summer of 2025, the Gaucho presents a new menu inspired by the art world and various artistic movements.
The cocktails are named after famous paintings, and each captures their color and emotion, like the “Guernica,” an impressive drink with Campari, strawberry-infused Antica Formula, white chocolate, Amaro Montenegro, and a velvety vanilla foam, or the “Campbell’s Paloma,” a playful and refreshing blend of Altos Plata, Del Mageuy Vida Espadin, tomato and agave soda, and notes of peach.
